About

A money app being built inside the creator industry.

Lorova is bookkeeping and tax clarity for UK creators. It is being built by House of Vilora, a talent management company that works with creators every day.

01 · Why

Why Lorova exists

Creators run real businesses. Income arrives from six platforms in three currencies. A brand pays in 60 days, an affiliate network in 90, and a gifted product turns out to be taxable. From April 2026, HMRC also expects digital records and a summary of the numbers every quarter.

Generic bookkeeping software was built for shops and freelancers with tidy invoices. It does not understand platform payouts, gifted PR, or the way a creator’s year actually moves. Creators were left to figure it out alone, usually in January.

Lorova exists to close that gap.

02 · Who

Who is building it

Lorova is being built by Chai, the founder of House of Vilora, a talent management company for beauty and fashion creators. Chai trained in finance before moving into talent management, and Lorova is where the two halves meet.

House of Vilora hears creator money questions every week. Which payouts count. What a gifted product is worth on paper. Whether a quarterly update is something to worry about. Lorova is being built to answer them properly, in software.

03 · Where it is up to

In build, honestly

Lorova is in design and build. There is no launch date, no waitlist and nothing to demo. I would rather show something real than something staged.

The first public thing is a guide to the 7 August Making Tax Digital deadline, because creators needed it now. Read the guide.
